PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
When you visit any DiscoverChange Ltd site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. Depending on your purchase, we will use your name, email address and phone number to send you more information about the services you have selected to use. Should you select any product that is not directly provided by DiscoverChange Ltd (such as audiobooks or training programs), we will inform you separately and clearly that you are subscribing for services provided by a third-party.
We may provide service or product recommendations (e.g. audio books or other educational materials) provided by Amazon or Shopify, and if you follow these recommendations, you will be subscribing for their services and platform. These are stand-alone organisations with their own policies and terms of service, so please make sure you are familiar with these terms before subscribing for their services and submitting your personal details.
HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:
Communicate with you
Subscribe you for services and programs you have selected upon your purchase
Send you information and support about your selected services
Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud
When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

Shopify and Thinkific to provide our training services – by subscribing for our training or products your details will be shared with these third party providers as for the purpose of accessing the programs or products you have chosen to use

Should any user, at any point in time, subscribe for third-party products or services through our recommendation or referral, the user is solely responsible for understanding and agreeing to the third-party policies and terms of service. This could be, for example, subscribing to use a platform that DiscoverChange Ltd uses to provide training, such as Shopify or Thinkific.
As described above, we use your Personal Information to provide you with targeted advertisements or marketing communications we believe may be of interest or value to you.
